HOW TO SHIP
How It Works
1. Book Your Shipment
Complete our booking request form to get started.
Once your request is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with:
- Your unique CaribBridge Order Number
- Labeling instructions
- Payment details based on your selected payment method
2. Prepare & Label Your Shipment
Pack your items securely and ensure your cargo is clearly labeled.
Each shipment must include:
- Your Order Number
- Receiver’s Name
- Destination
Proper labeling is essential to ensure your cargo is correctly identified and processed.
3. Payment
We accept:
- E-Transfer
- Bank Transfer
Payment details will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
All payments must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off or pickup date.
4. Drop-Off or Pickup
Once your cargo is packed and payment is completed:
- Drop off your shipment at our designated location
OR - Schedule a pickup with our team
We will then transport your cargo for shipment.
5. Shipping & Transit
Your cargo is consolidated and shipped to its destination.
We handle the entire logistics process and keep you informed along the way. You will be notified once your shipment arrives.
6. Arrival & Collection
When your shipment arrives, you will be notified with collection details.
To collect your cargo:
- Visit the local office with a valid ID
- Our team will guide you through the clearance process
- Duties & taxes will be assessed by Customs based on the value of your items
- Once payment is completed, your cargo will be released
If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, please bring:
- Your valid ID
- Their physical valid ID
- A signed authorization letter
You can then collect your shipment or arrange delivery if available.
Stay Updated
We keep you informed every step of the way so you always know the status of your shipment.
Important Notes
- All shipments must be properly labeled
- Payment must be completed before shipment
- Duties & taxes are not included in shipping costs
- Valid ID is required for collection
- No prohibited items allowed
